Is the booking deposit refundable?
The booking deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your booking.
When you confirm a booking, the dates are reserved and the campervan is removed from availability.
If you cancel more than 30 days before your hire start date, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance, but the deposit will be retained in line with our cancellation policy.
If you cancel within 30 days of your trip, the full booking amount is payable and non-refundable.
If the owner cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
