Who is responsible for my booking?
When you book a campervan, you are entering into a rental agreement directly with the campervan owner.
We act as an agent on behalf of the owner. This means:
- The owner is responsible for the condition, cleanliness and roadworthiness of the campervan.
- The owner manages the security deposit and any damage claims.
- We manage the booking process, payments, and support mediation if a dispute arises.
If there is a disagreement, we review the matter in line with our Booking Conditions and the evidence provided by both parties.
