What happens if the owner cancels?
If an owner needs to cancel your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation and discuss your next steps.
You will have the following options:
- Transfer your booking to an alternative campervan for the same dates (subject to availability)
- Move your booking to alternative dates for your originally booked campervan, if the owner has availability
- Receive a full refund of the amount paid, including your deposit and booking fee
We understand how disappointing a cancellation can be, particularly if your trip is approaching.
Our team will assist you in checking availability and, where possible, help transfer your booking and the amount already paid to another suitable campervan to make the process as smooth as possible.
If your booking is affected, we’ll support you throughout the process and help you secure the best possible outcome.
