Please follow up on any negative feedback mentioned specifically in the section for us to read. The below can be used as a template. Please amend as you see fit:

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your recent trip in xxxx. We are really sorry it did not live up to your expectations and that there were things that fell short. We would like to know more about the issues you experienced during your booking so we can raise this directly with the owner if you would be happy for us to do so?

We noticed that you rated your experience with Quirky specifically as XXXX stars. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and would love to learn a bit more about your experience with us and understand how we could improve this for yourselves and future customers. 

At Quirky Campers, we aim to provide a high level of customer service and we want to make sure all our customers have a great experience . As a small business, your feedback is really valuable to us in making this happen. 
Would you be happy to please share with us any specific areas where you feel we could have improved? We will endeavour to learn from this and can hopefully make any necessary adjustments to improve going forward.
