I have a non-UK driving licence - what do I need to provide?

Do I need a DVLA check code if I don’t have a UK licence?


If you hold a UK driving licence, you’ll be required to provide a DVLA check code so we can verify your driving record with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).


If you hold a non-UK driving licence, you will not be able to generate a DVLA check code - and that’s completely fine.


Instead, you will need to provide:

  • A clear photo of the front and back of your driving licence
  • A copy of your passport
  • 2 x Proof of address documents from the approved list

Providing accurate driver information at the time of booking helps avoid delays and ensures the owner can approve your booking smoothly.
