How does a customer make a claim with their excess insurer?

In order to make a claim with your excess insurer (usually Questor), you will need:

  1. A quote or invoice showing the cost of repairs.
  2. A copy of the driver hire form.
  3. Proof on a bank statement that you have been charged by Quirky Campers.

You can make a claim through Questor’s website here.

If you need help obtaining this information, please reach out to the campervan owner or the Quirky Campers team.
