What do I do if my campervan breaks down?
- Make sure the customer is parked safely and contact breakdown assistance (roadside assistance information should be kept in the glovebox).
- Contact Quirky Campers to give us a heads up, so we can assist if a campervan transfer is required.
- If the van cannot be fixed roadside, breakdown assistance will arrange for the campervan to be recovered.
- Quirky Campers will either transfer the booking to another campervan, or process a refund for the nights unused.
