What do I do when my van breaks down?

  1. Make sure the customer is parked safely and advise them to contact breakdown assistance (please keep roadside assistance info in your glovebox.
  2. Contact QC to give us a heads up in case your customer will need another campervan.
  3. If the van cannot be fixed roadside, breakdown assistance will arrange for your customer and van to be brought back to you.
  4. QC will either transfer the booking to another vehicle, or process a refund for the nights unused in your campervan.
