How do I pay the remaining balance?
If you paid a deposit at the time of booking, your remaining balance is automatically scheduled to be taken 30 days before your hire start date.
The payment will be processed using the same payment method you used when making your booking.
You don’t need to take any action unless you’d like to update your payment details. If you do need to change your payment method before the balance is due, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
If your booking was made within 30 days of your hire start date, the full amount would have been taken at the time of booking, so no further payment will be due.
The security deposit will be scheduled to be held automatically 2 days before your booking start date.
