How do I contact the support team?
To speak to one of the Quirky Campers team, please use the livechat feature in this help widget.
Our team members are available 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. If you message us outside of these times, you can raise a ticket, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
If your trip is currently underway and you’re experiencing an issue, you must contact the campervan owner first so they have the opportunity to resolve the matter. If it remains unresolved, you can then contact us for further support.
