Remote Handovers: Advice to owners

If an owner wishes to offer a booking to go ahead where they will not be present for a handover this is ultimately at their discretion and would be an agreement between them and the customer.  This may mean if there is an issue that the customer would be liable for a full refund as it is outside of the terms of the booking contract we have in place.

We should advise them to review the risks before proceeding.
