How do driver forms work?
After a customer makes a booking, they will get an email from Quirky Campers requesting them to add their details to the driver hire form. Driver Forms are created manually by the Quirky Team once a day.
When they receive this email depends on when their booking starts:
- If your customer's booking is less than 90 days away, they are likely to receive this email at 7pm the day after they make their booking.
- If your customer's booking is over 90 days away, they are likely to receive this at 7pm on the day that is 90 days prior to the booking start date.
- If your customers booking is last minute (less than 7 days away), this is sent as soon as one of the Quirky team created the driver form.
If you accept a last-minute booking, and need the driver form completed that day, please use a blank driver form in the meantime:
