Discount preferences, codes and campervan types in Wheelbase

There are 4 iterations of how a campervan can be opted into discounts:
  1. "Converted Van" - Opted out of all discounts
  2. "Camper van" - Seasonal discounts AND Long Term discounts
  3. "Motorhome" - Seasonal discounts ONLY
  4. "Converted van (+ adding their location to 3 discount codes )" - Long Term discounts ONLY

When creating discount codes
  1. For seasonal codes - apply to types "Camper Van" AND "Motorhome" (Class A)
  2. For Long term codes - apply to type "camper van" ONLY
For campervans opted into Long Term discounts ONLY,  add the vans location to these 3 discount codes: 14PLUS, 21PLUS, 28PLUS
