How can I see messages from interested buyers?
When you list your campervan for sale, interested buyers can contact you by completing the contact form on your website listing.
Once submitted, these enquiries are sent directly to the email address you provided when creating your sales listing.
We do not operate a separate messaging system for sales listings, so all communication with interested buyers will take place via your own email.
You also have the option to include a phone number on your listing if you’d like buyers to contact you directly by phone.
If you’re expecting enquiries, we recommend:
- Checking your inbox regularly
- Checking your spam or junk folder
- Ensuring your email address on file is correct
